Laughing Crawling

Ana has been crawling for a couple of weeks now and just a few days ago started to stand! So now we're constantly at the ready to catch the falling girl. Her laughing cracks us up every time.

Val and Dominic Visit

Liwanag's sister Valery and our nephew Dominic Jr. visited in October. The cousins sure had fun playing together.

Skating Lessons

Cameron started taking ice skating lessons in October. He used the walker-thing for the first few lessons and now shuffles around the ice on his own. He should be ready for a stick and puck by next fall.

CobornsDelivers!

We are very excited that CobornsDelivers is opening this Monday, October 27th! Liwanag gleefully met with over 200 new employees for orientation this week, and the team is very excited to embark on a new chapter for online grocery delivery in the Twin Cities. Coborn’s executives came from St. Cloud to express their support, including Chris Coborn, the CEO & President of Coborn’s, Inc. This past week CobornsDelivers invited a group of Friends & Family to place orders during a “practice” week and were grateful for the outpouring of support. Lake Superior

Last weekend we took a much needed vacation and spent a long weekend in a cottage on Lake Superior. It was a very relaxing time. Although Superior is much too cold to swim in, Cameron had a great time throwing rocks in the water. Ana has started making herself known lately.

Sprinkler Time

We won't be doing this again for a while. Summer was fun while it lasted.

Weekend at the Cabin

Back in August, Cameron and Ana's nanny Patti invited us to spend a weekend with her family at their cabin on Upper South Long Lake near Brainerd. We had a great time! Such a good time that we're now tempted to get a cabin ourselves. ;-) Cameron really enjoyed the fishing.

Ana & Dominic Jr's Baptism

Ana and her cousin shared a baptism ceremony in Ann Arbor at St. Mary's, the same church at which Val and Dominic Sr. were married. We enjoyed a family reunion at the same time. Eric's pirate-like shirt is called a barong tagolog, which is the traditional dress shirt of the Philippines (any excuse not to wear a tie).

Chicago Visit

On the way to Michigan for Ana's baptism in July, Cameron and Eric stopped in Chicago to visit the Ferrara family. A great time was had by all.
